Shipping Policy
We usually include shipping in our prices, so no additional charge will be added to your purchases. When shipping a small product with something larger-for example a bar of soap with a sheepskin, there will be instructions in the soap description for how to discount your purchase since you are combining shipping.
We attempt to ship out within a week of your purchase, but we will message you if we will need a little more time!
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are limited to defects or incorrect items. We do our best to describe our products accurately and take good pictures, and give measurements so you feel comfortable making your purchases site unseen. Keep in mind that all our items are handmade by just the 2 of us! Hand crafts are meant to look and feel like they were created by a person, not a machine. Sheepskins and skulls may have evidence of the life they lived as we do not use harsh soaps or chemicals in the cleaning processes, but we do our darndest to get them as squeaky clean as possible!
